TECMO KOEI EUROPE Ltd, the European subsidiary of TECMO KOEI EUROPE Ltd of Japan established operations in 2003, based just outside of London in Hertfordshire.

TECMO KOEI EUROPE is respected worldwide as the premier brand for historical action games and is recognised as the innovator of the Tactical Action genre. The various Warriors series of games have generated more than 18 million unit sales worldwide since releasing for PlayStation consoles in 1997. With their focus on spectacular battles, legendary characters and dramatic storylines it is these long established series which TECMO KOEI EUROPE has become most renowned for.

Potential employees must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom, and must either reside in Hertfordshire, London, England or be willing to relocate. Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive eager to grow their experience and contact base in the European Videogames market. You will have minimum 1-2 years sales experience and be keen to progress a career in the Videogames industry.

Proactivity and Entrepreneurship are considered 'must-have' qualities. The candidate will be appraised on their ability to create sales as well as manage them. High motivation, will-to-succeed and strength of character are key attributes and in return the candidate will be given increasing freedom to manage and develop their business.

The candidate will become a central part of publishers UK business team and will be given the opportunity to contribute with creativity and innovation to all areas of the marketing strategy.

Skills required

  • Creative approach to account management
  • Good presentations skills
  • Negotiation skill and ability to seek out win-win opportunities
  • Proficient networker
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs
  • Clean Driving licence

Tasks

  • Manage business with selected retail and distribution partners
  • Presenting products to customers in interesting manner
  • Shaping business plan for each customer to meet annual sales budgets and targets
  • Negotiation of innovative Trade Marketing activities
  • Proposing and working on new business opportunities with marketing
  • Planned approaches to new customers
  • Recording and reporting sales and market data.
  • Collating and processing orders and operations.

A second European Language would also be a bonus but not essential.
