Hey xino, haha yeah you were way out in front over there. By the looks of the very swish new Tecmo Koei Europe front page my guess is they are going to combine both sets of forums.

Tecmo side of things was rather quiet and we got a little sidetracked but I'm certain this year we'll have lots of cool games to discuss. :) Will also revisit some older games and start threads about them once we know the plans for the forum.

Actually I had a go on Project Zero the other day for the first time in ages, had forgotten alot so was being caught out by the ghosts and spooky goings on. Ended up being too afraid to play for long (that creepy tape got to me man!) but will summon dutch courage and venture deeper into the mansion. :o

they don't even have any thing relating to Tecmo:/

the forum boards are all Koei. If you click on MyKoei...wait why is it called myKoei? anyway if you click on that and scroll down to look for related links. It says My Koei Links which consist of all Koei links.


no love for Tecmo:/

Ok I just checked TK America and it's the same thing, all Koei related. The forum board doesn't even have anything to do with Tecmo

Hi guys, sorry this was all abit abrupt. Chin is back next week and we will work to make sure that all of the Tecmo stuff is re-created here as best we can.

Originally this forum was just a Koei site as it seems hence why all the stuff is all about Koei.

@LeadyFF Thanks for the heads up. BTW am I doing something wrong here, despite signing in I seem to be coming up as a guest.

@MichKato Yeah they've had the Koei side of things going on in Europe for years to build up a following, with Chin coming from the fan community. Also with several Tecmo teams making games that Nintendo publish hasn't been a huge amount of new offerings to disucss.

When the new forum is up I'll search online to find the key Tecmo fansites and see about asking them to join us.

Personally, it would just make sense if contents from both of these forums were there and merged together, it would be really good.

The forums are alive! Many thanks for making them available, hope its ok if we talk about pre merger Tecmo as well as the games being made in partnership with Nintendo.

When I'm not rambling about Project Zero I'll start by making threads for the following:

Project Zero Wii thread - 4 and the latest one.
Undead Knights - I've only played the demo but Koei fans might like this one.
History of Tecmo - been meaning to read up and find out more about the history and games of the studio.

Bunch of others like Fret Nice, Ni-Oh and the Deception series to consider later on as well. What other threads do people reckon we need to get the Tecmo side of things back up to speed?

the old forums where shut down and new ones where started here. I for one am happy about that. we will finally have some new content, mods, and a newly active community!
