Today TECMO KOEI Europe has officially announced, "Fist of the North Star" is coming to Europe. *(summer 2010) *(for the PS3 and Xbox 360)

I just hope that Ai wo Torimodose is in the soundtrack somewhere. There'd be nothing more awesome than being able to make random thugs heads explode while rocking out to that.

A pity that you only reached JAGI chapter.
Here (in France) they stopped on épisode #89 due to parents associations and ministry claims about TV broadcast. They only dubbed the rest 20 episodes last year (so 20 years later) with a new team to sell the full series DVDs.

For native english speaker, I strongly recommend the works from the HeartOfMadness team (generally available on Youtube) that bringed subs on this anime masterpiece.

oh i've seen the whole story from beginning to end including HnK 2

and part of SnK i didn't find that all that interesting
part 2 pales in comparison to part 1

thing is without a dub its hard for this to ever get as much credit as it deserves
lets face it there would almost be none of the popular anime we see today if it weren't for this

Regarding anime market, the young generation is no more affected by subs.
Only the people that saw the first broadcast in the end 80s may be surprised.

Other sites relayed the new, but added that this is half million games in inventories, and not sales ;)

Let's wait for the reality of sales planned to be announced next week, this data will be crucial for a "Hokuto Muso 2" planning with "Ein" inside (this guy and his outfit rocks) !! :D

Let's wait for sales result in the coming days / weeks.

About localisation, would be great for fans to keep the original voices and to simply add subtitles. For technics, would be nice to preserve japanese name and to include between " ( ) " the translation in the direction language.
