I am having a hard time beating DW6E as an officer...what do I have to do to beat it as an officer?

well its the same as the ruler objective, you have to conquer china.

To conquer new territories always complete the mission you get from your ruler.

Once you can make suggestions in the councils every three months, suggest the mission, attack, defend or interfere as these will take the target territory.

Always choose to help defend when your territories are being invaded, otherwise you may have to retake it which will take another 3 turns.

Each campaign takes a good few hours to complete so just be patient and you'll get there.

Just as a sidenote, the game cannot be completed as a vagrant you must be serving as a ruler or under a ruler to complete the scenario.

how do u suggest...i've gotten the ability but never could find it

when the ruler gives you your mission or policy for the 3 months, before continuing press the triangle button for PS3 and i imagine the Y button for Xbox (not sure for xbox). This alllows you to suggest yopur own option but you wont always be successful.

yea its the Y button on the xbox, and to improve your suggestion success rate, try to join one of the other generals factions in your army, by completing mercenary missions from them.

They will back you up when your suggestion is rejected and will often change the rulers mind for you.
