What is MyKOEI?
- MyKOEI is just like a mini-KOEI facebook for all the fans, you can add your friends, game preference, edit your profile, unlock the items, send message to your friends (privately via PM, or in the public via Visitor Messages which also known as Wall). The URL of MyKOEI is @ http://koei.co.uk/mykoei/


Does MyKOEI and KOEI Europe Forum link together?
- Yes. The post count, everything is all linked together, which means if you have your preferred avatar set on MyKOEI, it'd appear the same as in your profile on the forum.


How can I appear on "featured users" section?
- As long as you're online and have the avatar in your profile, the chances for your profile getting featured is higher.


Why I can't add Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce game into my favourite or wishlist?
- It's because in your game preference you didn't tick PSP for the console you have, to edit it please go to: http://koei.co.uk/mykoei/gamingprefs/


How does most popular/most wanted section work?
- It's generated from the user inputs. The higher you rated the game, the more popular it is. More people added particular game into their wishlist, that game will appear at the top list in most wanted section.


How can I rate the game?
- You can rate the game in every game page, only the released games can be rated.


How to change my profile background?
- You need to have your achievements unlocked - http://koei.co.uk/mykoei/unlocked/
1. For completing the gaming preferences survey you have unlocked a new background for your profile pages - 1 extra background
2. For adding 3 games to your owned games list, you have unlocked more backgrounds - 2 extra backgrounds
(The background may change and update anytime in the future)
*To change your background go to MyKOEI > Edit My Profile - http://koei.co.uk/mykoei/editprofile/ > Profile Background > Update Profile

Effects:
1. The background will be changed based on what you've chosen.
2. People will see your chosen background when they're looking at your MyKOEI profile.
3. The forum background will be changed based on what you chose when you're logged in with your account.

I know I probably sound stoopid... but how do you add games that haven't been released to your wishlist? I have the consoles I own ticked, is there something obvious I am missing?

It's not stupid, I think it's our problem to make the system not so user-friendly on that part :)

To add your game, click EDIT MY GAME in the panel which is here --> http://koei.co.uk/getgames/

You will see a list of games appeared on the list (based on the consoles you have)

TO ADD THE GAME INTO YOUR COLLECTION
Click (left click on your mouse)

TO ADD THE GAME INTO YOUR WISHLIST
Hold down CTRL on your keyboard and Click (left click on your mouse)

TO MAKE A GAME YOUR FAVOURITE
Hold Shift key on your keyboard and Click (left click on your mouse)

Thanks for the heads up. We could do that in the past, and I just noticed it's not working now! I will contact the developers and let them know about this, so hopefully they can fix that as soon as possible, really.

I just got a response from the developer. To add the game (which is not yet release) into your wishlist, you can add them from the game page.

For Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2

For Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce

Is there a way to add games to your profile without going through the questionnaire stage?

I've played far more KOEI games than my profile suggests, but just can't face the ordeal of answering the questionnaire for each one (particularly since bringing back memories of early games like DW2 is increasingly beyond my aging / drunken capabilities [all together now - aaaah])
