Intefering

Apparently your supposed to be able to 'intefere' in battles (becoming a third force)- at least according to the voice files. Anyone know how?

I do know that there are 'interference' missions, no idea how to become a third force tho.

i'm kind of hoping that is true, it would be awesome if you were able to become a third force in a battle. Would you only be able to do it when you are an officer though since it has to be a mission?
